Mount Vernon is an active community of 434 residences located off Cortez Road West and Independence Drive, approximately four miles from the Gulf Beaches. There are Bayfront condominiums, Lakehouse apartments and attached and detached Villas. The community has a heated swimming pool, sauna, large active clubhouse, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, putting green and walking paths around the five lakes and bird sanctuary. There is a three-month minimum stay required. No pets allowed. |
